Hello,

My name is Maggie, and I am an artist who enjoys working with both traditional and digital art. I currently attend MCC, where I study Digital Media and Animation. I enjoy learning about different types of art and developing my skills through both my classes and my own personal projects. Art is a way for me to express my ideas, interests, and imagination while also allowing me to experiment with different styles and techniques.

One of my favorite things to draw is people. I enjoy drawing different features, expressions, poses, and clothing to make my artwork feel unique. I also really enjoy character design. Creating a character is more than just deciding what they look like. I like thinking about their personality, interests, background, and the small details that make them feel like an individual.

Another important part of my art is storytelling. I enjoy creating stories and imagining worlds where my characters can exist. Sometimes an idea starts with a drawing, while other times it starts with a character or a story that I want to bring to life through art. I like combining my interests in drawing, character design, and storytelling to create characters that have their own personalities and experiences.

Outside of creating art, I enjoy finding inspiration in the things I see around me. I like looking at other artists’ work and noticing different styles, techniques, and ideas that I could experiment with in my own artwork. Seeing how other people approach art can give me new ideas and encourage me to try something I normally would not think of doing.

I also enjoy the process of improving over time. Not every drawing turns out the way I imagined it, but I think those experiences are an important part of becoming a better artist. I like being able to look back at older artwork and see how my skills have changed. There is always something new to learn, and I want to continue challenging myself with new projects and ideas as I grow as an artist.

Overall, I see art as a way to explore my creativity and share the ideas that I imagine. I am always interested in learning new techniques and improving my skills. Through studying Digital Media and Animation, I hope to continue growing as an artist and create artwork and stories that I can be proud of and that other people can enjoy.
